Shipping and Delivery

Corinthian Bells® ships to all U.S. states and territories. Select international shipping may be available at checkout. Customers are responsible for all duties, customs fees, taxes, and other charges for international shipments.
Delivery timeframes do not account for delays due to customs clearance or other regulatory holds. We endeavor to deliver within time estimates but cannot guarantee arrival dates or times once an order is dispatched.
Customers must notify us of any shipping issues within 48 hours of estimated delivery. Claims made at a later date may not qualify for any remedy.
Damaged / Defective Items
Please inspect all items promptly upon delivery and notify us within 14 days of any damaged or defective products. After this window, we bear no liability for any quality issues.
At our discretion, we will repair or replace items confirmed to be damaged or defective upon arrival. Photo documentation will be required. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear from regular use.
Returns / Refunds
Purchases can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition with all tags and packaging. Please reference our Returns Policy for full details on allowable returns and process.
We do not accept returns on:

- Gifts and gift cards
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fulfillment error on our part. Refunds will be credited using the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 3-5 business days to process.
